Given what they've already done, which is a s***load more incredible games than most developers can claim, I don't think they lose consistently good status just for failing to deliver on a sequel. It's a fair criticism given that they promised it and basically shelved it but they've done enough to be considered consistently good - they'd only lose that if they released episode 3 and it sucked.
