Canvas Curse is the only game I've ever 99.66667% completed. >_< God damn drawing game was the worst part of that game, could NOT get the medal from ranking level 3 on that thing. Hell, I'm pretty sure I only survived the whole level 3 once. Still one of my favorite games of all time though, it gets a criminally small amount of recognition for how amazingly fun it is. KEY is a close second in terms of "spin-offs" though. And KSS is definitely my favorite among the traditional titles I've played, though I'd take KCC any day.
