She's overpowered against unorganized teams because she's already a good pick (see - tournament games), but now make her ult wreck all the idiots on your team that can't coordinate to lock her down quickly enough, or to split in a way that makes it so only one person gets ulted, and you have a super OP solo queue champion.
that's my take on it anyway
take an already good champion, give her abilities that MASSIVELY punish idiots, and you have "OP".
