Well if it's any help, I find it easier to just think of a good diss, and then build a few lines around that, adding/subtracting syllables to make it flow and then taking the time to make as much of it rhyme as possible.
Honestly I just like saying cool-sounding things instead of dissing and that's part of the thing. I start trying to think of disses and get distracted by random things. Like, I had a few lines set up and then got rid of them since they didn't really fit into the syntax of the whole thing
"I've invaded your mind, derailed your train of thought
Sacral sabotage to rend your mind distraught"
Like, 'Sacral Sabotage' I was so pleased with that when I actually had it in there. It sounds awesome but it doesn't diss. TIME TO PRACTICE MY DISSING
