Unless he did it at two different rumbles, I think you're talking about Royal Rumble 2002. He showed up, lasted to the final four, and showed off he could still go.
Shame they never did anything with him after that.
Edit: Didn't three other people return at the 2002 Rumble? I know Godfather and Val Venis also returned back with their non-RTC gimmicks, but who was the fourth guy?
