Smackdown does this on a regular basis. back when raw was dishing out slump after slump it was by far the better show. then Punk happened. but before that we had Henry. and before Henry we had Kane. somewhere between them we had Orton/Christian. but really, Raw really took things by the balls with Punk.
...then HHH happened.
but no, a couple months in a year SD is flat out the better show. the months it's not is because Raw did something that spikes your interest more, but SD will be the consistently good show.
SD was pretty unwatchable for a good stretch there. I'd say from Punk getting sent to Raw until Mark Henry's title reign, with the lowest point being Edge kidnapping Paul Bearer.
