The only feuds that carried over from EC1 was Shawn and HHH, which makes sense, they feuded for ever, and one was the previous Champion. All the other feuds more or less stopped intertwining, the whole point of the match.
Disagree. RVD got an immediate title shot against HBK, Jericho and HBK continued to feud after HBK dropped the title, Booker ended up fighting Triple H for the title at WM, RVD and Kane ended up teaming together soon after, Triple H ended up unmasking Kane...these 6 remained intertwined for the next 8 months.
As for 6 man HiaC. Rikishi and Taker were completely dropped, Austin and HHH continued to feud, as did Angle and everyone, but it was not like the multi man feuds continued.
Disagree. Austin, Rock, Taker, and Rikishi were treated as HUGE Rumble favorites and all targeted each other. Rikishi dropped out of the picture after the Rumble, sure, but No Way Out and Wrestlemania both had 2 matches each consisting solely of Armageddon HiaC opponents. HiaC settled jack squat.
