Biscuit, not really. Everything that's happened up until this point has been expected based on the evidence and events that have taken place so far.(At least by me, Haguile, KP, and Ryoko it looks like.)
Pretty much. Everything that happened so far, we saw it coming. Ryoko even called Syo being the book girl on page 1 of this very topic.
