She was probably trying to plug something into the socket in the girl's locker room, but then she realized there weren't any sockets, so she got the extension cord to plug into the boy's room, getting in there by using an extra card.
While in there, she accidentally got tangled up on the training equipment, and the dumb bell, being on the shelf, fell on to her head.
Then Monobear comes and transports her to the other room, because she's not supposed to be in the boys' locker room, and her being there will make the integrity of Monobear look bad.
She killed herself.
Everyone dies.
