I find it interesting that even with four countries involved, Great Britain still can't even win a set. Although Murray should break that pattern. That is, if he has a better attitude than he did in the early matches in Brisbane anyway where he was complaining after nearly every point he didn't win.
Out of interest, why do England/Scotland etc compete as Great Britain in some sports and separate countries in others? Never understood that.
