I'm gonna throw in the name Julius to this topic. FE4 final boss. He basically can only really be beaten by Narga, is a dragon god reborn and has the ability to teleport anywhere on earth. The arguments for Ganondorf/Ganon work for him even better.
You can beat Julius faster if you don't spend the time getting Julia back, let alone getting Narga and dragging her back to him <_< Dubiously canon, but on the other hand it's not like Fire Emblem has ever been a series that features big showings of power, I think there's basically Nergal doing some big explosion in FE7, a dragon smashing part of a castle in FE10, and...yeah, that's about it.
