Dude, Ganondorf's able to be beaten by things other than the Master Sword. It's just they need to be some pretty high level holy kind of stuff.
I mean, hell. Silver Arrows have done it, the Four Sword's done it, etc etc
Shulk would be able to cut him to pieces pretty easily.
Nope.
And he was sealed by the Four Sword, he can be sealed by mutlple things (Zelda, sages with no hero, swords) but he can't be defeated by anything except the sword as a human. This is canon, this has NO exceptions.
