I just read the Wiki and noticed I'm the only Talon player of B8.
Now to say, Talon isn't a bad champ, but he's mainly a mid-game champ. He's quite squishy, but not someone you buy armor stuff for. The Frozen Mallet is a must-buy sort of item for him with the slow value from it.
As of other hints, max Rake (the W) first, being the only CC of yours that activates the passive. Also, don't overuse your ult, it's your only move for a quick get-a-way.
