The last one is a little weird because a ki focus is, in fluff, any enchanted mundane object that someone proficient with ki focuses has with them constantly when they train - in fluff I've decided my ki focus is a simple scroll with a few simple mantra written upon it. It's really up to the DM to decide what a ki focus otherwise is.
