Difficulty is not inherently frustrating.

Fun difficulty and frustrating difficulty is the difference between Super Mario Bros. and Silver Surfer.

Frustration and fun are almost purely exclusive things, unless you like being pissed off. I don't think you have the proper definition of frustration.

Proper definition? What are you, Webster's dictionary?

As I see it, difficulty is supposed to be frustrating. Something that you have to struggle to achieve is something that frustrates your initial efforts and makes you try harder. Something that doesn't get you just a little annoyed isn't really difficulty.
