Not that I enjoy the idea of jumping to Apple's defense, but I'm pretty sure the vulgar words are added to the dictionary by the user and then that's when they start popping up in the autocorrect.
If that's true, that makes this doubly hilarious because it means that guy's mom was previously texting someone about her vulva. Or at least, SOMEONE'S vulva.
