Again, it is terribly hard to argue with you when you present your arguments that way. I'm not really sure what you are expecting as a response here. Liara isn't a bad character. Definitely not my favorite or anything, but "devoid of any personality" is such a bold and incomprehensible statement that I can't even rightly reply to it. You can say you don't like her personality, but literally claiming she doesn't have one? Okay.
