I don't really like Cena's argument because it kind of sounds like "WRESTLING IS A CULT ONCE YOU ARE IN YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO ANYTHING ELSE OR LIKE ANYTHING ELSE AT ALL. YOUR LIFE BELONGS TO THE FANS." which is a nice feeling when talking about yourself, but when pushing that ideal onto somebody else...it just rubs me the wrong way. A guy can love the fans and still love himself enough not to want to wrestle full time, in my opinion. So all of his "THE ROCK ISN'T HERE" jokes seem like...well, they fall flat on me.

They either mean that he wants to say that The Rock is a bad person for not dedicating his life to wrestling, which is something I personally disagree with, or he is trying to imply that he is a better person for dedicating his life to wrestling. My issue with that is that...you don't get a medal for participation in the WWE. I don't care if he's there every day for the rest of the universe's existence and The Rock is only there twice a year. If The Rock entertains me more, I'm gonna side with The Rock.

I mean I get where Cena is coming from and why you would believe he was right but...it just rubs me the wrong way, honestly.
