Third STF only happens as it did because of Vince, otherwise Punk gets Cena back in the ring, Cena kicks out at 2, and things go from there, there isn't a third STF unless it's attempted by a Cena who *hasn't* just had an extra thirty seconds of recovery courtesy of Vince.
You are clearly discounting the Cena Superman factor, which is so long as he's not down for the three count, he can always summon up the strength to get back into any match.
