I really don't think so. Cloud and Seph are too much for anyone but Link. Remember Snake being Seph last year...this year they destroyed them because Cloud seems stronger than he has been for awhile.
Also has to do with the fact that both Cloud and Sephiroth eat Liquid for breakfast.
