I imagine it will be launched to coincide with the Kyurem movie that comes out next year.
Not sure if they'll put off the actual game until September though (in Japan, early 2013 for us).
This makes sense. Why September though? Movie comes out in July. Hopefully the game will be released right before the movie with a Keldeo event.
