Not sure if you're just trolling now, but if you actually think this... you're the one who is misinformed. Although I can't say I'm the slight bit surprised that you'd have no idea what kind of people are in the movement these days.

Except that won't stop charges from being pressed, even if there is no conviction. Look at the Duke lacrosse case-- even mere accusations can ruin someone's life.

It doesn't matter what the law is, if you stuck something in someone against their will a couple years ago I'm pretty sure the charge was still sexual assault. People would just assume that you raped her. None of that is going to change. If you're accused of any crime, it's going to ruin your reputation.
