Something turned around during the run to the Cup Finals back in 2007 - the Sens always used to get a whole bunch of chances and calls in their favor (or at least not terribly not in their favor). Ever since then, though, they barely get any calls at all and just get ruined by the refs. Pretty sure they've had by far the most games without a single powerplay, too.
06/07: 14th most powerplays, 11th fewest times shorthanded
07/08: 25th most powerplays, 26th fewest times shorthanded
(I know to someone who doesn't watch Sens games, this sounds like baseless whining. But it's not, seriously.)
