I asked about this a few months back, and didn't really get the problem solved. Maybe someone can help now.
I played a couple matches against Jozhear's Vega, and I got caught in some ridiculous Izuna Drop loop, and I have no idea how to get out of it. Dashing and backdashing don't work, ducking gets me thrown some times, jumping as well. I get out once with an EX uppercut, but thrown another time when doing it, and there has to be a non-ex way out of this. Any ideas from anyone?
