I was hoping to farm souls. Now I need to get 84000 more.
What's a good place to farm souls? >_<
You're already there!
The forest (area with all the humanoids, just before the covenant) is the best soul grinding area at all levels, now and forever.
On NG+ you get 20k souls per 2 minutes. Just run past and gather up all the enemies, then stand on the ledge near the stairs, and they'll all run off to their doom and grant you tons of souls.
