Those are at least antagonists to a protagonists. Luigi/Waluigi is like...really?
Terra isn't a protagonist, and Lavos isn't an antagonist.
Terra isn't an opposition to Kefka, and Lavos is pretty much a mindless being with no capability of "opposing" anyone.
Note to all you Terra people before you jump at me: I'm not saying she isn't a main character, I'm saying she's not a protagonist - big difference.
