At least looking at Doom and Zero from that link, none of their old colors are back. Zero definitely had Bass and Axl colors last time. The one puzzling thing to me is that his MMZero form got a color set, when that seemed like the obvious choice for his alternate DLC costume. Could also be plain old Classic Mega Man making an appearance rather than X since their colors are pretty much exactly the same.
