Also, I remember Jesse being kind of hypocritical in his 'Abusing the Word is bad' stance, since I'm pretty sure he used it to make some radio callers he was on the phone with crap themselves uncontrollably. All they did was piss him off
To be fair, Custer grows up as he goes IIRC. He becomes more and more mature/balanced as he keeps running into nazis and stuff.
