I did want to point out that by default GGPO on PC seemed to work better than however they've modified it for OE.
GGPO on the PC is used by a more hardcore crowd with generally faster connections.
Unless you're talking about matchmaking, which as I understand it, has nothing to do with the GGPO netcode.
