Would you happen to know if there's a mod that makes it so you can run without losing fatigue? I've looked all over for such a thing and never found it.

First two mods and the last one do something like that.
1st one is the Oblivion style Fatigue, so it regens while running but slowly
2nd Stop Fatigue from draining while running but you lose more when swinging weapons, jumping etc.
Last one just slow down the fatigue drain.
