Easiest way to use this for the sake of making videos for Youtube would probably be:
- Install AviSynth
- Grab the script I put up in this thread, edit the first couple lines so the files point at the audio and image files you want to use and the minutes/sections match the audio duration, then save that as vgmusicoftheday.avs or whatever.
- Get VirtualDub or a derivative from somewhere (for example: http://sourceforge.net/projects/virtualdubmod/)
- Open vgmusicoftheday.avs with VirtualDub. In the menu, go to Video -> Compression and select a video codec of your choice. (x264vfw for example). I like to leave the Audio uncompressed since the filesize won't be too big and that way your audio quality won't degrade in this step due to transcoding.
- File -> Save as AVI. Wait a while for encoding, then upload the generated file.
