It was kind of an SK win condition, but without the killing. He started out Untargetable, but on Andrew Ryan's death would become Independent Usurper, and also gain the ability to redirect night actions. So essentially it's a custom role.
Basically the distinction I need is "Did it have to be the last man standing or could it win alongside another faction"
