Also this might've been explained and I missed it, but
1) You can charge twice in a turn, right?
2) What do the 3/3 or whatever numbers mean by the skills?
1. Yes
2. Thats basically your energy for that skill and the max energy. So a 3/3 skill can be used 3 times and if you have an item to replenish it, it can't get higher then 3
