Now that it was ruled constitutional, Romney gets a boost because people who want to get rid of obamacare will "have" to vote for him. If it was shot down, they wouldn't have to vote for Romney unless there was something else they liked about him.
But if it was shot down, Obama could easily just do the whole victimization thing and say that congress and republicans won't let him do anything good, which would boost Obama's prospects for sure.
