There seems to be a certain amount of luck involved in this. Having a good layout can make this easier. I got two in a row where I only got to about 40, but on my third one, I had a puzzle that had a ton of numbers next to each several times, allowing me to quickly click 4-5 numbers in a matter of a couple seconds each.
