None, really.
It's pretty spiteful to want franchises that people enjoy to die, especially those that are still producing very critically acclaimed and commercially successful games like Mario, Zelda, etc.
That said, there are some that should definitely take a break and reevaluate themselves. Final Fantasy, Call of Duty, Sonic... These could still be great if they cut back on the output and focused on improving the series.
Also, when a series ends it needs to stay ended. MGS, Halo, Resident Evil... Continuing the series through reboots, spinoffs, prequels and such is fine, but trying to keep the same damn storyline going after deliberately drawing it to a close is just irritating. If you're going to end something, end it. Don't change your mind afterwards.
