Yeah, the ending sucked.
I don't agree with the "It's not about the destination, it's about the journey" to being with anyway. If the biggest moment was the conclusion of anything, and they thoroughly f***ed it up that badly, that's what is going to stick out in my mind. All other stuff is secondary.
It's like eating the greatest bowl of Ice cream, than finding a giant piece of s*** at the bottom, you just lose interest, and that's what happened between me and Mass Effect 3. I had no desire to ever play through it again. Which is a shame, because you should want to do that with the ME series.
