Why would he care, he can go to one of the 5 other liquor stores if he's rejected.
This isn't high school, its not like they'll be awkward moments between him and the freaking liquor girl.
no man that makes it worse. if this girl sees him patronizing another liquor store it'll be doubly awkward - store loyalty now comes into the equation.
the only solution for him now is to never see this girl again, for then he will be safe.
