Charizard tied against Chikorita.
In fairness, Charizard wasn't taking that fight seriously and was surprised by how strong Chikorita was. If you discount that, the "loss" against Richie, and the losses against those wild Charizard in the Charicific Valley, I think the only fights Charizard out-and-out lost are that one guy's Blaziken, Drake's Dragonite, and I forget which of Brandon's pokemon.
