Uh so I finally got a small taste of how Class and Gear matter in this series.
My Monk is decked out in the best gear possible for my level thanks to the Butcher dropping me 3 rare items with 18-25 dexterity when I fought him on my WD. I ran through the Desert Area in Act II with reasonable ease. I dodged alot of it and when I came across those annoying bugs I just dashed to them and kicked em in the face.
My Barbarian was not so fortunate. I've kinda sped through with him and my gear isn't quite up to date. That same Desert almost got me wiped because I wasn't dodging those little bugs that do much damage for no reason at all. Leap Strike could get me to one of them but then I'd have to dodge bugs until it came up again. It wasn't much work but it caught me off guard
Overall I'm really loving this game and grinding for gear on different champs is fun. Despite how challenging people say it is, I'm going to try and avoid using the AH for things. The only time I'll ever put anything up is if it's something for the Wizard because I'll never use it.
