I don't see trading items to be particularly useful though at end game.
While leveling it was and should be common for us to pick up something that might be good on someone else in the party and offer it to them. But at this point the chance of me picking up some kind of monk-gear and to look at it and say "this might actually be an upgrade for Chris or Shoe" is such a tiny chance. If I get strong monk gear I might as well sell it for as much as its worth on the AH and use the cash to buy strong wizard gear.
