I'm having a hard time understanding where the debate comes from.
We clearly see Bec Noir use Red Miles on Bilious Slick/The Universe, so it makes sense that they show up at about the same time on both earths.
We clearly see Beta!Droog use Red Miles on Derse to locate Dream!Dirk, so it makes sense that they'd show up on Derse.
Where is the discrepancy?
People are assuming that the universe is the same frog for some reason. It's not, and it's really dumb to assume otherwise.
