Here's a rough draft of what I would probably submit.
Charles "D Money" Dallace, the Ganstamancer
Charles is a 26 year-old born from the mean streets of the ghetto. His experiences on the streets turned him into a well-hardened thug and gangsta, the likes of which would make even G-Unit blush. He is also a decent amateur rapper under the name 'D Money'. Charles' father was a sorcerer, but of course he left home when Charles was very young. When his powers started to manifest, it took the form of the thing Charles was most familiar with, rap/street culture. These powers have propelled 'D Money' into the stratosphere of popularity and fame. Charles several powers based around the tenements of being a gangsta.
-"Dont Get Caught"
Charles can turn invisible at will. Also, Charles has excellent awareness in urban environments and can use them greatly to his advantage.
-"Keep your piece"
Charles can summon any fireman to his hands. Any make and model, from glocks to rocket launchers, as long as they can be used by a human of peak physical condition (as in, he can't summon like cruise missiles but anything made for people to be used can). Charles does not suffer any recoil or fatigue from using these weapons. Any weapon Charles summons can also be turned invisible, and can be destroyed any time Charles wills it.
-"bros before hos"
Charles is immune to any kind of mind control, possession, or any other kind of pervasive control from females. He also knows that any woman can be trouble, and would never underestimate one.
-"stack that paper"
Charles has money for days. Literally, he can pile out the cash from his pockets. Any type of paper or coin money can be summoned from Charles' pockets.
D Money's greatest power, though, comes from his ability to manifest mighty spells from any successful rap album he has unleashed. Unfortunately for him, his great powers has not made him a better rapper and he has only had one actually popular/good track.
"An Embarrassment of B****es"
- Similar to the Gate of Babylon, Charles can open a rift through which powerful sorceresses and witches in somewhat trashy clothing fly out. These witches have the general power of an endgame mage from a final fantasy game. Devoted to helping Charles, they will help him in any way he asks for.
