Alistar Rune Page goes as following
Attack Speed Reds
Armor Yellows
Cooldown Blues(Or MR Blues)
Move Speed quints
Your sole purpose as Jungle Alistar is to give all of your lanes the biggest lead humanly possible. You want to dominate lane and let that snowball into easy mid game wins. Jungle Alistar does not scale well so you can't play the farm game.
Because of this I rush Move speed+5 boots and then Philo/HOG. You also want to get Oracles if you get some early kills.
Path is the following: Start whichever Buff is near Top Lane, take it, then gank top lane. Tell your Top Laner to go aggro from Level 1 so by the time you get there they're both low. Come from River and headbutt them(make sure to get the auto attack in from Headbutt). When they flash, YOU flash and Pop them up.
They big mistake I see SO MANY people make is that they pop up and auto attack in the same position. When you pop up you want to move ahead of the enemy. This makes it harder for them to escape because they have to run around you while you're auto attacking them.
