UU is definitely in the bottom tier as far as trolls are concerned. Not quite the worst, but she was for a while in my mind. And that was only because she was dethroned.
Anyways, are you at the first conversation with her and Dirk? This is when she starts becoming not as terrible and actually shows a semblance of personality.
