Same thing that happened when Jack did.
...I'm actually having trouble remembering exactly what happened when he put it on. I know he became basically godlike after Bec was whatchamacallit'd (I'm tired), but I don't recall how much of a boost he got after putting on the ring. I'm guessing there was probably a [s] to go along with it, though.
