some digital releases sure, but full on games digital is different, especially from nintendo like you said. their model is absolutely stunning though in that they figured that was the best way to go.
...i mean it IS the best way to do digital downloads from a consumer perspective, which should drive the profits for them too back home. it's just weird that THEY did it before MS or Sony, who keep their stuff on lockdown. they... went with a PC model.
this confuses me greatly.
