Nintendo's plan for Digital Distribution
retailers decide the price of games and not nintendo, promoting competition among retails with DD
That's pretty damn cool. The reason I never buy games on PSN is because there is no advantage when I'm paying $59.99 for a new release when I could just have the game on disc and be able to loan it to friends, keep it when switching hard drives, and all that jazz. If this ends up making games cheaper than $60 somewhere (I don't really care which ends up being cheaper) then we all win.
