Shining Force III pretty much fits the bill perfectly.
It's a strategy RPG for the Saturn. But the second and third part were only released in Japan so you'll need to put the game/translation patch on a cd yourself and do the "swap trick" to play it.
First, you'll need to open up your Saturn and tape down (or remove, depending on which Saturn you have) the sensor that indicates the disc cover is open.
Then you take the burned disc and put it in, leave the lid open and turn the power on. When the lens starts to move, immediately remove the disc (while it's still spinning) and quickly put in any normal Saturn game (I use Road Rash but that's up to you). Let the lens start reading that game.
The lens will move all the way to the outside of the disc and then the access light will start blinking. Once it has blinked twice, immediately take that disc out and put the burned one back in.
It should load the game normally now and you are free to enjoy the best game of all time.
