Ok, someone list these moments of foreshadowing because I forget them.
Well in Disc 1, Brahne says "I hope we don't have to use that..." when referring to methods in which to retrieve Dagger.
Sometime in Disc 2, Zidane says "I can feel him calling to me...N..."
In Terra, it is revealed that Garland serves a higher master when he is seen talking to himself on his thone. (Some speculate this to be Chaos, a la FFI, as Necron is the Japanese name for Chaos in the original game).
I think that's all of them.
